Visa requirements

Please note that an official invitation letter will be sent via e-mail (PDF attached) upon the attendee’s request without any charge.  We can also send the printed invitation letter via regular mail but with a charge (1,000 JPY).

If you need documents (Letter of Guarantee, Letter of Invitation, Details of Company/Organization, and Travel Itinerary) (https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html) to submit to the Japanese embassy/consulate, please download, fill-in the form and send the form via the submission form below or via the e-mail to: contact@apls-2020.org

Documents required for the VISA application will be issued only to participants who have both registered for and completed payment for the APLS conference.
